February Dangles

I bought the wood for the dangles at Wood Connection.  Wood was painted and embellished with ribbon, glitter glue, sequins, and stickers.  The kiss is covered in tin foil.

Valentine Chair Bags

These are bags I made to go on the back of chairs to hold fun treats from Cupid.  I sewed the bags with red and pink felt and then added fun Valentine material for the cut out hearts, ruffles, and stripes.  They are tied onto the chairs with ribbon that I sewed on the flaps.

This I cross stitched for my treat jar for the month of February.

This was done at a neighborhood craft day.  The wood is painted and then glittered.  The lips are on pink craft wire.

Be Mine Blocks

These were done at a neighborhood craft group.  Blocks were painted in brown.  Then paper was glued on the front.  Paper letters were glued on top of paper.  Then embellished with paper hearts, buttons, and ribbon.

Hearts on Stands

I got the wood from Wood Connection.  I painted each heart and base.  Then glued paper onto the heart.  I glued on flower embellishments with a green button center.  Then tied ribbon around wooden dowel.

Rose Topiaries

Cut small red felt circles and fold in half to pin on a styrofoam ball.  I then painted a wooden dowel red and punch in the bottom of styrofoam ball.  Put other end of dowel in styrofoam square inside a decorative bucket.  I glued shredded paper on top to cover styrofoam.  Lastly I added a pink bow around wooden dowel.

Valentine Nails

I painted my nails in CND Shellac Rose Bud.  I cut vinyl hearts and zig zags on my Silhouette .

Valentine Countdown

The heart is cut from red felt.  I cut 14 smaller squares and sewed them on the heart.  I also sewed ribbon loops at the top to hang.  I embellished each square with glitter glue, buttons, ribbon, lace, beads, bows, flowers, sequins, etc.  We put a candy in each pocket to eat one a day to countdown to Valentine's Day.  Heart is hung with a wooden dowel that I painted red.

Jesus Christ Cross Stitch

This is a cross stitch that I did of Jesus Christ.  I bought it in a kit.

Valentine Tiles

I got the craft from Crafty Little You.  It is interchangeable each month. I glued Valentine paper onto the tiles.  Then added the vinyl on top.  Board is painted in black.  Tiles are hung on knobs with pink ribbon.

Home with Heart

I bought letters and heart at Wood Connection (I have all the months for the O).  Letters were painted in black.  The heart was painted in pink with a black arrow.  I glued on 3 red jewels and tied pink ribbon around the arrow.

SWEET

I bought the wood from Wood Connection.  I painted the letters red.  The top of the letters are glittered in red.  The bottom I glued on pink paper.

Valentine Mailboxes

I bought the little red mailboxes at Target. The names are cut in white vinyl in the font I love you monkey (hearted).

LOVE Blocks

I did this craft at a neighborhood craft night.  The blocks were painted and edges sanded.  Letters were cut out of cardstock and Mod Podge on blocks.  Heart is puffed up with cotton behind the paper.  Paper was glued on.  Heart has ribbon tied around it also.

Valentine Hanger

I bought the wood from Wood Connection.  Painted it and glued the beadboard heart onto solid heart.  I glittered the black arrows and pink heart.  I glued on pink and red ribbons tied into a bow.  It is hung with craft wire.

Mr. and Mrs. Santa cross stitch stockings

I made these for my first Christmas as a married couple.  Mr. and Mrs. Santa are cross stitched. Stockings were sewn together with the cross stitch picture sewn in front.

Mickey's and Minnie

Mickey costume-  Black pants and black shirt.  Red shorts have felt white buttons sewn on.  Wear white gloves.
Minnie costume-  Black shirt and black leggings worn.  Red polka dot shirt, sash, and skirt were sewn.  Wear white socks and gloves.

Lightning McQueen cake

Shape rectangular cake into a car.  Frost.  Use colored frosting to add face details.  Chocolate donuts are added for the wheels.

Fire Truck Cake

 This cake needs two rectangular cakes.  Cut one cake in half to make cab laying one piece flat and the other upright.  Frost cake in red.  Add chocolate donuts for wheels, black licorice rope for hose, Mike and Ike's for lights and door handles, and pretzel sticks for the ladder.

Fruit Baby Carriage

Cut watermelon open like the picture.  Scoop out watermelon.  Use wooden dowels to make handles and to pin on orange sliced wheels.  Fill with fruit to serve.
